Halloween approaches and
you may be getting ready to put on your favorite costume and walk among the
ghosts of All Hallows Eve.
But who wants to go through life haunted by old family ghosts? If you feel that
you are not assuming your power because you are riddled with guilt, shame and
hidden beliefs, you need to clean out the ghosts from the house you inherited.
If you feel that you can’t quite occupy your full stature, can’t quite inhabit
your life, don’t quite know your Authentic Self, then you may be wearing the
costumes other family members dumped on you long ago.
Nobody is perfect, and
neither is mom or dad, your auntie or grandmother. They may have acted from what
they learned from their own parents, who learned it from theirs. Thus, you may
now be wearing the costume of good girl, bleeding heart, smart but lonely,
ungrateful and disobedient, creative but broke, angry rebel or weird. All these
costumes are illusions projected at you, habits and false beliefs with which
your Ancestors dressed you up to participate in an old carnival called Family
Karma. Wearing this costume is no fun. You become a prisoner of the masks you
inherit.

inherited from your family. It is hard to see, because your view of life has
been distorted to fit this inheritance.
If you had never seen
words and suddenly found valuable words of wisdom written on an ancient scroll,
they would be merely scribbles to you. In that same way, you may be missing
great opportunities because they are outside your Field of Perception,
even though your Soul knows of their existence and hungers for them. This is why
you need expert help from someone who has been able to drop this heavy burden
from their psychic shoulders and knows how to teach you to do the same.
You inherited more than
shadows, however. You also inherited the Ancestors’ Gift. This is the
beautiful basket of talents, kindness and personal strengths that you inherited
from your Ancestors.
